I can't recommend this hotel enough! The rooms were beautifully designed, complete with a variety of complimentary cosmetic products, water, tea, and small waffles for that perfect Japanese experience. The service was outstanding, with the friendly reception staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even helping us arrange a celebration for our engagement. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and just minutes away from public transportation options. While the dining experience was excellent for the most part, there were a few small hiccups. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
